Just came back from the local U-Brew. Nat and I bottled exactly 70 bottles of a pilsner.Not sure how they taste yet, as we elected to let them carbonate naturally in the bottle. This'll take a little less than two weeks... then it's bottoms up!
Will let you know how they taste.
We got it done at a place down the street called "Beyond the Grape" 2603 Kingsway in Vancouver. 604-437-7100. Guy named Bradley runs the show, he's really cool, and the whole thing cost us $64!

Nice job - I always wanted to bottle my own to cut down on prices. Maybe I should plan on doing something like that for when I come back at christmas so I'll have something to take back with me to Toronto or something to look forward to again next time I'm in K~town.
u-brew and cheese puffs don't mix.
